Subject areas
Specialized content, not just general text
Most of our work is technical, corporate or training content. Subject knowledge matters as much as language skill.
Working with us
What you can expect
Work that fits your profile
Projects are offered based on your language pairs, subject areas and availability, not sent to everyone at once.
Clear briefs and reference material
Glossaries, style guides and reference files are shared where they exist, so you know what the client expects before you start.
Terms agreed up front
Rates, deadlines and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Feedback from review
Work goes through linguistic review, and useful findings are shared so terminology and style stay consistent across projects.
Remote and flexible
Most work is done remotely. Interpretation assignments may be on-site, remote or hybrid.
Confidentiality respected
Client material is shared under a non-disclosure agreement, and we expect the same care from everyone in our network.

FAQ
Questions from linguists
Why can't I upload my CV here?
To keep your personal data safe, the application form does not accept files. If your profile matches a current or upcoming need, we will ask for your CV by email.
How soon will I hear back?
We review every application and contact applicants when their language pairs and subject areas match a current or upcoming project. For some languages that can take a while, so we keep applications on file. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
How are rates and payment set?
Rates depend on the service, language pair, subject and volume. Your rates, deadlines and payment terms are agreed in writing before you start any work.
Do I need a CAT tool?
Not for every role. For translation and review, experience with tools such as Trados, memoQ or Phrase helps, and we tell you up front if a project needs a specific tool.
