How the services combine in real programs
A few common patterns. Your own program is scoped around your content, languages and timeline.
- 01
Global product launch
A product goes to several markets with a website, an app, marketing content and a launch video.
Interface, web and campaign content adapted per market, launch video subtitled or voiced, and everything reviewed before release.
- 02
Technical documentation program
A manufacturer or software company maintains large sets of manuals and support content in several languages.
Terminology-controlled translation, with machine assistance for suitable content and a separate quality review.
- 03
Workforce training rollout
A training program is delivered to teams that work in different languages.
Course content localized, narration and subtitles produced, and live sessions supported with interpretation.
- 04
Language data for AI
An AI team needs multilingual data checked, labeled or evaluated by people.
Guidelines, a pilot batch, human evaluation and a review loop, agreed before scaling.

Defined quality checks
Review steps are agreed before work begins and repeated on every delivery.
Careful content handling
Confidentiality and file-handling expectations are discussed at onboarding.

FAQ
Questions about our services
Can I use more than one service in the same project?
Yes, and many projects do. For example, a product launch might combine localization, subtitling and a quality review. We plan the services as one program so terminology and decisions stay consistent.
How do you decide between human translation and a machine-assisted workflow?
By content type and risk. High-volume, time-sensitive or lower-risk content is often suited to machine translation followed by human post-editing. Brand, legal, safety-related and culturally sensitive content generally needs more human involvement. We recommend an approach per content type.
Do I need to know which service I need before I enquire?
No. Describe your content, languages and timeline, and we will recommend the service or combination that fits and prepare a project-specific quotation.
Are all languages available for every service?
Availability depends on the language, subject and service, and is confirmed when we review your requirements. See the Languages page for the areas we work in.
Can you start with a small pilot?
Yes. A pilot is a sensible first step for larger programs and for AI-related services, to agree scope, workflow and quality criteria before scaling.
How is pricing decided?
Every project is assessed individually, based on language, content, volume, complexity and turnaround. We prepare a project-specific quotation after reviewing your requirements.
Have a multilingual project?
Tell us what you're working on. We'll review your requirements and recommend an appropriate language workflow.
