Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms set out the rules for using this Website and explain how enquiries and quotations work. Language and localization services themselves are provided under separate written terms agreed for each project.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of anuvaadenterprise.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Anuvaad Enterprise (“Anuvaad”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Language and localization services are provided under separate written terms, as explained in sections 3 and 4.

2. Information on the Website

The Website describes our services, industries, languages and ways of working for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not promise any particular price, turnaround, language pair, service level, outcome or availability.

Descriptions of technology-assisted workflows, including the use of AI or machine translation, are general. The approach used for any project, including whether AI or machine translation is used and how much human review applies, is agreed with you for that project.

The lists of languages, industries and organizations on the Website indicate areas of focus and historical experience. They do not mean that a particular language, subject or service is available for every project, nor that the named organizations are current clients or endorse us. Availability is confirmed when your project is scoped.

We try to keep the Website accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

3. Enquiries, quotations and pricing

Anuvaad is not a self-service or instant translation platform. Every project is assessed individually based on language, content type, volume, complexity, turnaround and quality requirements. We do not publish fixed prices, and the Website does not provide automated quotations or online ordering or payment.

Submitting an enquiry or a Request a Quote form is an invitation for us to assess your requirements. It does not create a contract, oblige us to provide services, or oblige you to buy them.

Any estimate or quotation we provide will be given in writing and will state its scope, assumptions, timelines, fees and the period for which it is valid. A project begins only when you accept a quotation (or issue a purchase order or sign an agreement that we accept) and, where applicable, we have received any advance payment or documents we need.

4. Service agreements

Services are supplied under the quotation, statement of work, purchase order, master services agreement or other written terms agreed between you and Anuvaad for the project (the “Service Terms”). These may address matters such as scope, deliverables, quality expectations, fees and payment, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property, liability and change control.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Service Terms, the Service Terms prevail for the services they cover.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of others;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • send spam, unsolicited promotions, malware or any other harmful or disruptive material through the Website or its forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, networks or any data, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
  • interfere with the operation of the Website, for example by overloading it, or use automated tools such as bots or scrapers to extract content or submit forms in bulk, other than standard search-engine indexing;
  • copy, adapt, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Website except as these Terms allow.

We may restrict or block access, and remove or ignore submissions, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

6. What you submit through the Website

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and confirm that you are entitled to provide it. Please keep enquiries to what we need to assess your requirements.

The Website does not accept file uploads, and you should not submit confidential, privileged, regulated or sensitive personal information through its forms. If material needs to be shared, we will provide a secure submission method after reviewing your enquiry.

We will handle personal information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, information you send us through the Website is not treated as confidential. If you need confidentiality undertakings, such as a non-disclosure agreement, before sharing information, please tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange this before you send anything sensitive.

7. Confidentiality of client content

Client content that is shared for a project is handled under the Service Terms and any non-disclosure agreement in place. Controlled handling of project content is considered throughout our delivery process, and specific security and data-handling requirements can be discussed during project onboarding.

References on the Website to confidentiality and controlled handling describe our approach and do not amount to a certification, accreditation or guarantee of any particular standard.

8. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, graphics, illustrations, logos, layout, design and code, and the Anuvaad Enterprise name and logo, belong to Anuvaad or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Website and to print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation of our services. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

Names and trademarks of other organizations that appear on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Ownership of content that you provide to us for a project, and of the deliverables we create for you, is governed by the Service Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your project content to us.

If you send us comments or suggestions about the Website or our services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without your permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles and services. They are provided for convenience. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and do not endorse them. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing on the Website is legal, financial, medical, regulatory or other professional advice. Requirements such as certified or notarized translation, or regulatory or accreditation requirements for a particular industry, should be raised with us when you make an enquiry, so that we can tell you whether and how they can be met.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anuvaad and its owners, directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content.

Because the Website is provided free of charge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from your use of it, except where the law does not permit this exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Liability in relation to the services we supply is governed exclusively by the Service Terms and not by this section.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Anuvaad for losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published, and your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved informally, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Disputes about services are resolved under the dispute provisions of the applicable Service Terms.

15. General

  • Entire understanding. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire understanding between you and us about your use of the Website.
  • Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in effect.
  • No waiver. A delay or failure by us to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a reorganization or a sale of our business.
  • Notices. We may give notice to you through the Website or by using the contact details you provide. You may contact us as set out below.
